Recently, I was able to partake in a very exciting event - the opening of a delicious pretzel food truck in downtown Brunswick, Maine. Being a local, when I heard about an opportunity through a client of mine, I jumped at the opportunity. This photo session combined several things I love: photography, food trucks, Brunswick and pretzels! Plot Twist Pretzels is the brainchild of a woman named Nicki and her husband, Chris. According to Nicki, the opening of this truck has literally been years in the making and has involved blood, sweat and tears. The pretzels are all handmade from scratch and are warmed up on site in their adorable food truck. They offer several different flavors like plain of course, but also unique ones like the one I had which featured Nori. I tried several of them and I can safely say they are all delicious! The line on opening day developed quickly, the excitement around having a pretzel truck in town was palatable. Nicki, Chris and their staff were all incredibly friendly and are just those kinds of people that love interacting with their customers and sharing the love for all things pretzel.
