If you read my blog posts in late December last year...
Then there is a good chance you may have read about the surprise proposal that I captured featuring this couple. They have a meaningful connection with Brunswick and not only did their proposal happen there, but also their engagement session. During our conversations about their engagement session, they expressed an interest in continuing the theme of photographing spots in Brunswick that mean a lot to them and their love story.
With that in mind, we started our session at Gelato Fiasco, where the couple had their very first date. The staff there were kind enough to let me stand behind the counter to grab a few shots, and also to take photos of them around the sweet shop which is a beloved community staple. They even sat at the table where they first shared gelato together.
Next, we walked a few blocks to the site of their very first kiss.
We then went to the town commons, a park located in Brunswick where the couple spent some time on their first date and later got engaged inside of the gazebo.
We ended the evening at the swinging bridge in Brunswick, which runs across the Androscoggin River. It was a magical evening and I think the photos really tell a story about the love between these two individuals. I cannot wait to photograph their wedding later this fall!
