Wedding and Event Venue Spotlight - The Lemont Hall in Brunswick, Maine

Located in the heart of downtown Brunswick, the  Lemont Hall  is a beautiful venue for weddings and events. I had the opportunity to take a tour here recently and not only was my host, Madison, incredibly friendly, but he was also knowledgeable and passionate about the building's history. The upper level of this historic building sat unfinished for decades, but in recent years the building was purchased and restored to it's 19th century glory (I got to watch all of this happen outside as the remodeling progressed as I am a local Brunswick resident)! The space holds just under 300 people for events. There is not only a huge open space with beautiful natural light, but there is also a small bar area, tables and seating for 100 people available right on site, a small kitchen area to keep food stored until the event, remodeled restrooms and even an Air B & B available for rent, which works great for a getting ready area! I took a few quick photos and a video which definitely don't do the space justice, but at least you will get a sense of what this event space looks like. One important item to note is that although this building was built in the late 1800s, it features a fully updated HVAC system so no need to worry about the weather outside when you are hosting your event! Also of note, the Lemont Hall is full accessible and has an elevator to take guests up to the floor that the hall is located on.
